Sorel creates dynamic footwear for the most unstoppable, who are ready for anything. So, it was only natural that we debut a captivating SOREL Fall 2020 collection experience to top-tier fashion, consumer, and trade editors, as well as select NYC-based celebrity stylists. We were challenged with developing a must-see press preview event, here in NYC, that showcases SOREL’s men’s and women’s collection in a memorable way.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, what was traditionally an in-person event turned into a digital viewing experience, inspired by the power of city streets and weekend adventures.

Built for anything, SOREL is your go-to shoe for those done up & undone days.

3 must-see key product style pages from F20 brought to life with a combination of pull quotes, pops of color in the collection, gifs and city inspired textures to match the energy and spirit of SOREL. These elements elevate the collection, taking it to the next level to create a more editorial experience verses a typical catalog or lookbook.

Get a closer look at these assets — thoughtful in their design with the use static elements to create a collage look which lend themselves to a dynamic vibe. City textures were a driving source of inspiration for the overall experience and collection. Not only do the textures connect to key products, but it also emphasizes SOREL’s street style.

Gifs throughout the microsite bring motion into the experience, keeping in line with SOREL’s unstoppable brand platform. They also help to highlight the different color-ways of each product, showing different angles and details.

A must for the SOREL F20 digital experience was figuring out a way to reintroduce the men’s collection to editors. The two key styles, Caribou Storm and Caribou Street, have ramped up animations and bold brand messaging to make them stand out in a crowded category.
