Palmer’s, the #1 Cocoa Butter Brand, is best known for its products’ efficacy—they are recognized for their functional benefits, with products that work hard for you. But upon a deep dive into their brand presence, we discovered Palmer’s lacked that emotional appeal needed to grow its consumer recognition.
We worked to build a new creative strategy that celebrates a lifestyle of self-love, which is a huge departure from their historical, lower-funnel, product approach.
#ShowYourselfLove launched as the brand’s first-ever awareness campaign, advocating for those intimate hype-yourself-up-in-the-mirror moments when you’re applying Palmer’s. It came to life in a 45-second TVC with additional cutdowns and assets being produced for Meta, Youtube, TikTok, and POS.
#ShowYourselfLove gained over 197M views, leaving over 248M impressions and grew their TikTok following by 67k+ in 4 months.
